About the role
Visa provides payments technology that facilitates transactions among consumers, merchants, financial institutions and governments. You will develop and maintain machine learning and statistical solutions for sanctions screening, including model tuning, evaluation and compliance support.
What you'll do
- Analyze screening data quality and design matching features
- Build and tune sanctions screening models using rules and fuzzy matching
- Monitor model performance and run experiments to evaluate results
- Document model logic, assumptions and changes for audits
- Partner with compliance, model risk and technology teams on validation
- Support user acceptance testing and business stakeholder enquiries
