Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Coram AI provides a cloud-native video security platform using computer vision and AI for alerts, clip sharing and multi-site visibility. The Deal Desk Analyst will manage commercial approvals, contracts, procurement processes and the handoff of closed deals to billing.

• Own commercial approvals for deals under $100K
• Create approval matrices and manage weekly exception logs
• Track contract redlines and coordinate with outside counsel
• Manage security reviews and SLED procurement requirements
• Reconcile order forms and purchase orders for billing handoffs
