About the role
3M develops products and solutions across industrial and consumer markets. You will build and secure its internal developer platform, automate delivery environments, and improve platform reliability and usability.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the internal developer platform on OpenShift
- Own CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and environment automation
- Implement software supply chain security controls from commit to production
- Define platform policies for clusters, environments, secrets, and access
- Lead platform improvements and mentor team members
