About the role
Egis provides consulting, construction engineering and operating services across transport, energy and the built environment. The Senior Designer will develop and review civil engineering designs, coordinate project delivery, and maintain technical and quality standards.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate civil design activities, schedules and resources
- Develop and review preliminary and detailed civil engineering designs
- Prepare design reports, specifications, bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Verify designs against regulations, standards and project quality requirements
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical non-conformances
- Coach and mentor junior designers and drafters
