About the role
RingCX is an AI-powered contact center solution using microservices and AI across digital and voice channels. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team and analytics roadmap while contributing to design, coding, delivery, and platform modernization.
What you'll do
- Lead engineers through end-to-end product development
- Own roadmap delivery and software quality
- Hire, retain, mentor, and manage team members
- Partner with product teams on requirements and planning
- Contribute to coding, code reviews, and architecture discussions
- Communicate project status and technical decisions to management
