About the role
RingCentral provides cloud-based communications and collaboration software, including voice, video, messaging and contact center services. This engineer will build AI assistants, agent workflows, RAG pipelines and enterprise integrations using Python and large language models.
What you'll do
- Design AI-powered voice and digital assistants using large language models
- Build conversational workflows, AI agents and multi-step automations
- Develop prompts and optimize AI response quality and accuracy
- Implement RAG pipelines with enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases
- Create Python components and integrate applications with enterprise systems
