About the role
Truecaller builds communication products focused on making calls and messaging safer and more efficient. You will lead the data science team, set its technical strategy, and scale production machine learning systems for Truecaller for Business.
What you'll do
- Set the data science strategy, technical roadmap, and core KPIs
- Architect, scale, and deploy machine learning models in production
- Partner with product, platform engineering, and leadership on product scope and risk policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop data scientists and analysts
- Own model accuracy, system uptime, and business impact
- Set standards for model governance, monitoring, testing, and data privacy
