About the role
7EDGE provides digital product engineering services, including cloud-native applications, microservices and serverless architecture. This role owns multi-business-unit P&L and delivery performance while leading managers, setting OKRs and reporting results to the CEO.
What you'll do
- Own consolidated P&L, gross margin, revenue realisation and billable utilisation
- Monitor financial health and address margin or revenue risks
- Govern revenue mix and hold business-unit leads accountable to commitments
- Translate annual business goals into OKRs and track progress
- Lead technology delivery teams and improve outcome-based delivery
- Coach manager-level direct reports and maintain succession plans
