About the role

CommBank operates critical SAP core banking platforms for its retail technology business. This engineer will administer and improve SAP Basis and HANA platforms, support AWS-hosted workloads, and strengthen reliability through transformation and automation.

What you'll do

Administer and maintain SAP Basis and HANA across production and non-production environments
Perform HANA upgrades, replication, recovery, and performance optimization
Support SAP incidents, changes, releases, and root cause analysis
Optimize SAP workloads hosted on AWS
Drive automation and platform standardization initiatives
Improve monitoring and operational reliability across SAP and AWS environments
