What you'll do

Administer Microsoft Teams policies, configurations, resource accounts and devices
Troubleshoot complex Unified Communications and Microsoft 365 incidents
Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation
Improve meeting-room reliability through monitoring and proactive remediation
Create technical designs, engineering standards and operational procedures
Mentor engineers and provide senior escalation support
