About the role
Sarla Aviation develops electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft for urban air mobility. This engineer will source components, manage suppliers and procurement workflows, and support material planning for eVTOL development and production.
What you'll do
- Develop sourcing strategies for direct and indirect materials
- Evaluate, onboard and manage domestic and global suppliers
- Lead RFQs, cost analysis, bid comparisons and commercial negotiations
- Execute procure-to-pay activities and reconcile supplier invoices
- Improve procurement workflows using AI, automation and digital tools
- Manage material planning, inventory, supplier performance and import documentation
