Flight Controls Law Engineer

Sarla Aviation is developing electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft with tilt-rotor technology. This engineer will design, simulate, validate and support certification of flight control laws for its fly-by-wire aircraft.

• Design and validate flight control laws across hover, transition and cruise flight regimes
• Develop aircraft dynamics models and synthesize control laws
• Design control allocation strategies and tune state estimators
• Analyze stability, robustness and handling qualities across the operating envelope
• Build simulation environments and support ground, hardware-in-loop and flight tests
• Define verification plans and contribute to safety assessments and certification documentation
