About the role
Rubrik builds data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI products, including identity protection. You will define and launch identity security products, guide technical trade-offs, and align customer discovery, metrics, and go-to-market execution.
What you'll do
- Own the multi-year roadmap for enterprise identity protection
- Define and launch features for workforce and customer identity platforms
- Guide engineering trade-offs across scale, security, and hybrid environments
- Translate enterprise customer needs and threats into product requirements
- Enable sales, marketing, and customer success on positioning and differentiation
- Define and optimize adoption, reliability, and business growth metrics
