About the role

The Senior Program Manager will lead cross-functional technology programs from discovery through implementation, adoption and measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

Translate customer and business problems into goals, success measures and practical scope
Drive programs through discovery, design, build, integration, launch and adoption
Manage technical dependencies across enterprise applications, APIs and data flows
Align business leaders, product teams, engineering, operations and vendors around roadmaps
Establish operating mechanisms to track risks, dependencies, owners and decisions
