About the role
Sangoma develops cloud communications platforms and frontend applications. The Senior QA Engineer will design and execute tests, expand automation, investigate defects, and improve quality practices for assigned products.
What you'll do
- Design test plans, cases, scenarios, and QA strategies for communications applications
- Develop and execute automated tests to expand regression coverage
- Test APIs, backend services, and applications across functional and performance scenarios
- Investigate defects using logs, network traffic, and SIP traces
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing practices
