About the role
Impact Analytics builds AI software for retail merchandising and retail decision-making. You will monitor production systems, investigate incidents, troubleshoot backend issues, and work with engineering teams to improve reliability.
What you'll do
- Monitor backend applications, APIs, databases, queues, and production systems
- Investigate incidents and troubleshoot application, performance, and data issues
- Own incident response through mitigation, resolution, and closure
- Analyze logs, metrics, traces, alerts, and recurring operational trends
- Coordinate with engineering teams on incidents and permanent fixes
- Maintain runbooks, conduct health checks, and support releases and shift handovers
