About the role
Impact Analytics builds AI software for retail merchandising and enterprise retail decisions. This role will plan and run performance testing, diagnose bottlenecks, validate fixes, and mentor performance QA engineers.
What you'll do
- Own performance test plans and strategies
- Model realistic workloads and user journeys
- Execute frontend and backend performance tests
- Analyze logs, metrics, traces, and test results
- Identify bottlenecks and drive performance fixes
- Establish benchmarks, regression checks, and reports
