About the role
Five9 provides cloud contact center software, and its Voice of Customer product uses AI to analyze customer conversations and surface insights. This engineer will build React-based customer interfaces for AI-generated insights and help operate a scalable application platform.
What you'll do
- Implement UX designs using React and Redux
- Build interactive dashboards, charts, and drill-down views for AI-generated insights
- Develop scalable and highly available applications using cloud platform components
- Contribute to requirements analysis and grooming
- Own production code, including on-call and troubleshooting
