About the role
Five9 provides cloud contact center software and applications for agents, supervisors, and administrators. You will build and ship features for its agent desktop using React and TypeScript, handling implementation, testing, and deployment.
What you'll do
- Build agent desktop features with React and TypeScript
- Own scoped work from implementation through testing and deployment
- Participate in code reviews and uphold shared quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design across distributed teams
- Contribute to asynchronous planning using Jira and Slack
