About the role
Five9 provides cloud contact center software and customer experience technology. This person will lead the Ironclad CLM implementation and DocuSign CLM migration, building workflows, templates, integrations, and platform administration processes.
What you'll do
- Lead Ironclad solution design and implementation
- Plan and deliver the migration from DocuSign CLM
- Build and maintain Ironclad workflows, templates, and clause libraries
- Configure platform access, repository structures, metadata, and releases
- Maintain Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ integrations with Ironclad
- Train users and establish administration standards
