About the role
Netradyne provides AI-powered fleet management, video telematics, and fleet safety solutions. The Test Engineering Lead will guide test engineers and own product testing, production test systems, and field-device validation.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers
- Own product test plans across development, production, and field validation
- Oversee production test systems and improve their accuracy and scalability
- Debug field-device issues and drive root cause analysis
- Validate commercial off-the-shelf devices for integration and performance
- Automate test procedures and coordinate reviews of test results
