Senior Systems Engineer I

Elsevier Health provides evidence-based information, learning tools, and insights for healthcare professionals and students. You will build and operate secure AWS infrastructure, support production systems, and enable engineering teams to deploy software reliably.

• Design and maintain reusable Terraform infrastructure
• Operate production AWS environments across accounts and regions
• Develop and troubleshoot GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
• Manage ECS Fargate workloads and PostgreSQL environments
• Respond to production incidents and implement preventive improvements
• Automate operational tasks with Bash, Python, and AWS CLI
