• Lead analytics projects from question framing through analysis and recommendations
• Build dashboards, KPI definitions, and performance reporting
• Analyze content workflows for bottlenecks, rework, quality issues, and delays
• Combine complex datasets using SQL and modern analytics tools
• Apply statistical and predictive methods to operational questions
• Coach junior analysts and help business users use reports consistently
