About the role
Tekion builds cloud-native software connecting automotive retailers, manufacturers, partners and consumers. The specialist will lead technical documentation across products, maintain user and API materials, and set standards while mentoring contributors.
What you'll do
- Own documentation from planning through publication
- Write and maintain user guides, product documentation, API references and onboarding materials
- Define documentation standards, templates and workflows
- Review and mentor contributions from junior writers and subject matter experts
- Coordinate documentation content with product, engineering, design and support teams
