About the role
Tekion provides a cloud-native platform connecting automotive retailers, manufacturers, partners, and consumers. You will lead AI-powered service products across dealership scheduling, repairs, parts operations, technician workflows, and invoicing.
What you'll do
- Own the product lifecycle for AI-powered dealership service capabilities
- Partner with ML and AI engineers to prioritize and productize use cases
- Define and track accuracy, adoption, time-saved, and workflow-efficiency metrics
- Design scalable solutions across dealership sizes, service volumes, and regions
- Set systems design and framework standards for other product managers
- Use data to prioritize the product roadmap
