• Lead applied scientists and machine learning engineers developing and deploying models
• Set the technical vision, research agenda and roadmap for applied science
• Oversee model experimentation, evaluation and production deployment
• Integrate models into scalable systems with product, engineering and data teams
• Mentor team members and represent applied science in strategic planning
