About the role
HARMAN Automotive develops in-vehicle audio systems and integrated technology platforms. You will lead Agile teams, facilitate SAFe ceremonies and improve delivery processes.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach Agile teams in SAFe implementation
- Facilitate PI planning, iteration planning and retrospectives
- Drive continuous improvement and resolve team impediments
- Track and report Agile metrics and team progress
- Coordinate with Product Owners and development teams to align delivery with business objectives
