About the role
RSM provides professional services to middle-market clients globally. The Senior Accountant will manage close activities, reporting, reconciliations, financial analysis, and accounting process improvements.
What you'll do
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries across entities
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare financial reports and explain variances
- Support audits and maintain accounting controls
- Identify accounting process improvements and automation opportunities
