About the role
Evident Digital Pathology develops digital pathology imaging systems combining microscopy, software, robotics, and AI. This role handles accounting, payroll, tax compliance, office operations, and operational process improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Process vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements, and settlements
- Support monthly closing, accruals, and financial reporting
- Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Prepare GST and TDS filings with consultants
- Visit factory locations for operational reviews and compliance checks
