About the role
Wissen Technology builds custom products and mission-critical systems for clients across industries. You will support messaging platforms and production infrastructure by improving reliability, observability, automation and incident response.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 3 production support for enterprise messaging platforms
- Design dashboards, alerts and proactive monitoring
- Automate operational processes with scripting and tooling
- Troubleshoot issues across software, infrastructure and architecture
- Manage incidents, problems, requests and production changes
- Participate in on-call rotations and global support
