About the role
Blackwhite handles property and casualty insurance quoting and submission workflows. You will process insurance submissions, generate accurate quotes, and support client service, sales, and customer service teams.
What you'll do
- Process insurance submissions and generate quotes using online platforms
- Tailor quotes to client requirements with Client Service Managers
- Ensure quoting activities comply with regulations and company policies
- Track client interactions and quoting activities in CRM software
- Follow up on pending quotes and help resolve client queries
