About the role

Okta provides identity security infrastructure for organizations. This analyst will build workforce dashboards and predictive models, apply statistical and text analytics, and turn employee data into insights for business decisions.

What you'll do

Analyze employee lifecycle data and report workforce trends
Build self-service dashboards and scalable reporting solutions
Develop and validate predictive models for attrition and workforce forecasting
Apply statistical, text analytics, and sentiment analysis techniques
Prototype generative AI use cases for workforce reporting
Partner with HR and business teams to improve data quality and inform decisions
