About the role
Sarvam is building a sovereign AI platform for India, including a conversational AI platform for voice agents and campaigns. You will own backend systems, orchestration, reliability, performance, and testing for this platform.
What you'll do
- Design backend data models and APIs for agents, campaigns, and users
- Build workflow orchestration for long-running operations with Temporal
- Improve performance and reliability of the multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Develop observability through logging, metrics, and tracing
- Build integration testing infrastructure for customer-facing systems
- Set design-first engineering standards through RFCs and written decisions
