Staff / Sr. Staff, Backend Engineer - Configuration & Telemetry

Netskope provides cloud and AI security and networking through its Netskope One platform. The engineer will build configuration services and telemetry pipelines that process production signals and deliver insights through dashboards.

• Build a configuration backend service that manages and delivers client configuration
• Ingest usage events and classify telemetry across multiple categories
• Aggregate performance, security, and quality patterns for dashboards
• Design and ship reliable, observable, secure services and APIs
• Partner with ML, endpoint, and dashboard teams on data flows
