About the role
Netskope provides cloud security and networking products through its Netskope One platform and NewEdge network. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering and infrastructure programs, manage plans and dependencies, and drive delivery and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage cross-functional software engineering and infrastructure programs
- Create end-to-end program plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets
- Coordinate dependencies, sprint planning, milestones, and status across teams
- Manage project risks, changes, implementation, and post-release improvements
- Work with business owners and leadership to deliver program roadmaps
- Use AI to improve day-to-day program workflows
