About the role
TerraPay manages payments across currencies and corridors. The Forex Operations Team Lead oversees FX pricing, trading, liquidity, risk controls, partner relationships, reporting, and a team of Forex Analysts.
What you'll do
- Manage FX pricing strategies across currencies and corridors
- Oversee global liquidity positions and partner funding arrangements
- Track FX revenue, spreads, and corridor profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop Forex Analysts
- Monitor FX exposure and ensure adherence to treasury controls
- Improve FX processes, reconciliations, settlements, and reporting
