About the role
Allegion develops security products for doorways and other settings. This engineer will plan product validation, develop test fixtures and rigs, analyze test data, and maintain laboratory systems.
What you'll do
- Develop DVP&R plans and execute mechanical product validation tests
- Design and validate mechanical fixtures, jigs, and automated test rigs
- Configure DAQ systems and integrate sensors for reliable data capture
- Analyze test data and lead root cause investigations
- Maintain lab equipment, test rigs, and calibration requirements
