About the role
GE HealthCare develops invasive cardiology medical devices and digital healthcare solutions. The Test Lead will direct verification planning and execution, manage defects and quality risks, and lead a team of test engineers.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end verification for invasive cardiology products
- Develop test plans, cases, procedures, schedules, and acceptance criteria
- Oversee test execution and track software and hardware defects
- Coordinate testing coverage with R&D, systems engineering, and product management
- Improve testing methods, tools, and processes
- Report test status, defect metrics, and quality summaries
