UK M&A (PMO)- Senior Associate

PwC India provides tax consulting services, including support for clients navigating mergers, acquisitions and other business changes. This person will coordinate PMO workstreams, assess risks, track project progress and develop client deliverables.

• Set up PMOs and develop or validate project plans
• Assess project risks and dependencies and report status
• Develop analysis and client deliverables
• Coordinate workstreams and maintain deliverable quality
• Support coaching and training for new team members
• Support proposals and business development opportunities
