About the role
Trane Technologies creates climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. The UX Designer will research user needs and design digital experiences, interfaces, and shared design-system assets.
What you'll do
- Design user experiences for new and existing digital applications
- Create personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Partner with researchers to interpret analytics and support usability testing
- Contribute to design principles, guidelines, pattern libraries, and the enterprise design system
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and UX colleagues in an agile environment
