About the role
Blackstone manages alternative investments, and BXCI provides credit and insurance investment strategies. The Vice President will lead Bengaluru's Investment Allocations team and oversee allocation governance, execution, controls, data quality, and transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead the Bengaluru Investment Allocations team and set service standards
- Oversee allocation scenarios, eligibility checks, approvals, booking support, and reviews
- Establish allocation governance, controls, audit trails, and escalation protocols
- Monitor operational metrics and drive remediation of identified issues
- Lead workflow modernization, digitization, automation, and implementation initiatives
- Coach and develop the team and coordinate global operating handovers
