• Lead Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementations and customer workshops
• Review solution designs and configurations for quality and consistency
• Manage and mentor team members and coordinate resource planning
• Oversee project execution and delivery against customer expectations
• Support regional sales efforts, proposals, scoping, and estimates
• Develop delivery methodologies and reusable consulting assets
