About the role
PwC India’s Deals practice advises clients on accounting, financial reporting and capital markets matters. The Director will lead transaction advisory engagements, guide clients on complex accounting issues and develop business and team capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead strategic advisory on mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
- Provide technical accounting guidance and financial reporting solutions
- Oversee financial models and transaction structures
- Guide clients through IFRS conversions and GAAP reporting requirements
- Identify market opportunities and develop business solutions
- Mentor team members and direct executive-level client engagements
