About the role
PwC India’s Deals practice advises clients on complex transactions across industries and markets. You will assess technology environments and deal risks, develop client recommendations, and support carve-outs and post-merger integration.
What you'll do
- Analyze IT environments and transaction documentation for deal implications
- Review infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and governance
- Interpret diligence findings to recommend technology risks, costs, and execution steps
- Develop client deliverables summarizing issues, value drivers, and action items
- Support carve-outs, post-merger integration, and synergy analysis workstreams
- Mentor junior team members and review their work
