About the role
Aura Cloud provides cloud platforms for financial institutions, and AuraCrew enables banks and insurers to build and govern AI agents. This engineer will develop agent systems, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails and model governance for AuraCrew.
What you'll do
- Design and productionize agentic systems and orchestration
- Build evaluation, guardrail and oversight layers
- Develop model governance, security defenses and cost accounting
- Improve retrieval quality across multi-tenant knowledge
- Set standards for building, evaluating and shipping AI systems
