About the role
Eurofins provides analytical testing and laboratory services across life sciences and other industries. The AI Enablement Lead will drive AI adoption across software delivery, develop practitioner learning and reuse, and implement high-value AI use cases.

- Drive AI adoption and productivity improvements across the SDLC
- Create learning pathways and standardize AI practices and tool usage
- Build an AI practitioner community and track adoption metrics
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with business leaders
- Design and deliver an agentic AI-enabled SDLC
