About the role
Samsara provides a Connected Operations Cloud that uses IoT data to improve physical operations. You will lead a team building and operating AI systems, integrations, and automated workflows for the global sales organization.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of 4–7 senior engineers
- Shape architecture and contribute to code and design reviews
- Own the GTM AI systems engineering roadmap
- Deliver agentic AI pipelines, CRM integrations, and event-driven systems
- Set standards for testing, observability, and incident response
- Build responsible AI safeguards, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop controls
