Analyst, Deal Optimization Team (Position located in Bengaluru, India)

KnowBe4 provides a workforce security platform that helps organizations address threats including social engineering and prompt injection. The Deal Desk Analyst will guide sales and customer success teams on deal pricing, approvals, processes, and reporting.

• Advise Sales and Customer Success on pricing, discounts, and contract options
• Design and support deal desk processes and policies
• Compile deal information and facilitate approval decisions
• Maintain accurate deal records in Salesforce
• Track deal desk performance and sales process KPIs
• Recommend process changes to improve deal velocity
