About the role
KnowBe4 provides workforce security products, including attack simulation, security training and protection for AI agents. The Senior Director will lead regional and global HR strategy, manage HR teams, and advise executives on people operations and employment matters.
What you'll do
- Lead HR strategy and initiatives across APAC and supported global functions
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and employee handbooks
- Oversee HR Directors and Managers and improve the employee experience
- Manage employee relations, compliance risks and employment contracts with Legal
- Coordinate regional planning for headcount, benefits, compensation and recruitment
- Advise executives and represent the company in employment proceedings
