About the role
Genpact provides technology and process solutions to global enterprises. You will monitor aircraft engine performance, analyze trends, interpret maintenance publications, and report findings to customers.
What you'll do
- Monitor engine parameters to detect failures and assess performance
- Analyze performance trends and recommend course corrections
- Interpret aircraft maintenance and repair publications
- Coordinate with product line teams and customers
- Prepare and publish daily customer reports
- Support continuous improvement through Lean practices
